Hi, I’m Dr. Zoltan Nabilek

I’m a licensed psychologist and certified sex therapist.
For more than fifteen years I’ve helped men, couples, and individuals understand what stands in the way of confidence, intimacy, and peace of mind - and then change it.

I became a psychologist because I’m fascinated by how people grow through challenge.
We all carry stories about who we should be, and those stories can shape our health, our relationships, and our sense of worth.
My work is about helping you step out of those old narratives so you can live with more clarity, connection, and self-trust.

How I Work

Therapy with me is collaborative and straightforward.
We start by understanding what’s happening right now - your stress, your patterns, the things you want to shift, and then build tools that fit your values and your life.

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches that help people move toward what matters most instead of getting stuck in struggle.

I believe insight alone isn’t enough. Real change comes from learning new ways to act on that insight, moment by moment, until life starts to feel more aligned.

Areas I’m Most Drawn To

  • Men’s mental and sexual health - addressing anxiety, performance, and identity.

  • Relationships and intimacy - helping couples rebuild trust and connection.

  • Eating and body image - guiding clients toward self-acceptance and balanced living.

  • Stress and burnout - supporting professionals who are successful on paper but overwhelmed inside.

I also provide psychological evaluations for adoption, medical, and diagnostic purposes.

Why Men’s Health

Over the years I noticed how few spaces truly invite men to talk openly about stress, sex, or body image without shame. Many were told to “handle it” or “man up,” and by the time they come to therapy they feel isolated and exhausted. Creating a setting where those conversations feel safe, normal, and productive has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

A Little About Me

I was born and raised in Hungary and bring a multicultural perspective to my work.
Outside the office I’m drawn to the same themes I explore in therapy: connection, curiosity, and balance.
You’ll usually find me outdoors, cooking, or planning my next travel adventure.

A Bit More About Me

My Mission

I aim to provide an inclusive space where every person - regardless of gender, orientation, or relationship constellation - feels seen and respected.
While much of my focus is on men’s issues, my practice welcomes anyone ready to understand themselves more deeply and live with greater authenticity.

Next Step

Schedule a free 15 minute appointment to see if we're a good match. If it turns out that we are not the best fit, I will do my best to put you in contact with one of my colleagues.

What I Offer

A Safe Space to Be Your Full Self

For many this is the first place they can show up without fear, judgment, or the need to hide. Here, the parts of you that have been pushed aside finally have room to breathe.

Connection Creates Growth

Real change begins with connection - to yourself, to others, and to what matters most.
As that connection strengthens, clarity and confidence naturally follow.

Growth Without Shame

You don’t need to be “fixed.” We use curiosity, compassion, and honesty - not pressure or shame - to help you reclaim what’s already strong within you.

Healthy Relationships Modeled in Real Time

Every session is an experience of steady support, trust, and honest conversation. You’ll learn to navigate emotions like anger, vulnerability, and conflict in ways that build closeness rather than distance.

Real Changes, Real Results

This isn’t abstract self-improvement. We focus on small, intentional steps that shift old patterns and move you toward the person you want to be.

Leading Your Life from Within

As you understand your inner world, you gain the confidence to lead your life with clarity, integrity, and self-respect - rather than from fear or pressure.
